Kenny Lee

Kenny Lee brings a wealth of experience in the digital asset industry, advising ultra-high-net-worth individuals and family office clients in relation to their private capital, strategic investment, and cross-border business and investment requirements. A lawyer by trade, his background spans Australia’s financial and legal sectors, with a focus on alternative assets (such as blockchain), investment structuring, corporate expansion, and regulatory compliance.


As CEO of Vector Capital Management, Kenny works closely with sophisticated investors, family offices, and corporate clients to deliver tailored advisory on venture growth, global investment strategy, and alternative asset strategies. His expertise encompasses:

• Investment structuring for family offices and private wealth;

• Advisory on cross-border expansion and market entry;

• Exposure to alternative asset classes, including digital assets and physical commodities (such as Gold Bullion);

• Structuring and regulatory guidance across various jurisdictions;

• Licensing and compliance (AFSL/ACL); and

• Integration of fintech and blockchain use cases.

William Fong

Wil is a global investment leader with 20+ years of executive experience across top-tier institutions (HSBC, Citibank, Deutsche Bank, Sparx Group, Maybank, Westpac) in major financial hubs throughout Asia-Pacific. A licensed professional (HKSFC, MAS, AFMA), Wil specialises in global macro strategy, emerging markets, and digital assets, with a proven track record of optimising institutional portfolios across traditional and alternative asset classes.


As the General Manager of VCM, Wil applies institutional-grade investment frameworks to private wealth management while completing PhD research on fiscal/monetary policy impacts. Wil’s unique perspective combines hands-on financial leadership (Master’s in Investment Management, Bachelor’s in Economics) with academic contributions as a guest lecturer and advisor, positioning him at the intersection of theory and practice in global finance.

Chay Winstanley

Chay is an admitted lawyer who focuses on commercial, financial, and technology law and compliance. He has worked in commercial law and advisory and AML/CTF compliance and spent part of his career in the finance sector.


A notable career highlight includes being part of the team behind Australia’s first Initial Public Offering to accept digital currency (USDT).


Chay primarily advises in the regulatory and compliance space across the commercial, financial, and fintech sectors, helping guide the development and execution of technology-driven projects in accordance with applicable regulatory frameworks. He has hands-on experience with startups, including stakeholder management and building operational frameworks to support regulated product offerings.


Chay brings a pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach to navigating complex legal and regulatory challenges.

Leo Shek

Leo is a seasoned banker with over 20 years of extensive experience in the digital asset management and investment banking sectors. Leo has held senior management positions in world-renowned financial institutions, including Deutsche Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, and BNP Paribas. Leo is a responsible manager of an Australian Financial Services Licence.


Leo relocated to Australia in 2018 and was responsible for operating the fund management business unit in an asset management firm. He then joined a digital asset management company to lead and manage client distribution in Asia. He has helped clients build bespoke solutions to diversify their investment portfolio into digital assets.

Leo has led a wide range of high-profile capital markets transactions across Asia, including major debt market deals, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and complex financing arrangements.

Kim Foo

Kim is a seasoned IT professional with over 3 decades of experience. Kim brings a mixture of experience that includes business process reengineering/improvements, digital transformation & application modernisation, and aligning people, processes, and technology together to ensure gaps are bridged between people and technologies.


Kim spent the first half of his IT career in technical and technology enablement/implementation for various verticals, including the BFSI, Manufacturing, and Governmental Departments. The second half of his IT career is focused on business development and vendors/channel partners/resellers management as VP of Sales and Director of Channels for the AP Region, respectively, provisioning BFSI-centric DevOps tools and Data Security solutions to major banks such as HSBC, UOB, BNP Paribas, AXA, etc.

Lin Ong

Lin is a results-driven blockchain industry advisor, digital marketing expert, and immigration consultant with a strong track record in fundraising, marketing, and visa services. As CMO at Fiiicoin, he raised $11.5 million in 2017 and increased its Fiiipay app download count to 200,000 in two months.


At Getcover, he recruited 2,800 agents as the company’s Associate Director in just four months. In the immigration sector, Lin provides comprehensive support for Australian visa applicants.

He excels in structuring blockchain funding, executing digital marketing strategies, driving recruitment in the insurance industry, and navigating complex immigration procedures.

Edwin Choi

Edwin is a Practicing Solicitor of the High Court of the HKSAR, qualified since 2012. He has been the Legal Counsel of various Multi-Family Offices with clients and operations based in Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia. He is also the Legal Counsel of various Hong Kong Licensed Trust Companies. He has advised clients in the areas of tax planning, asset protection, and international asset structuring.


In addition to client services, Edwin has been a part-time lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Hong Kong for five years. He has spent countless hours advising high-net-worth clients, financial professionals, and students in seminars for insurance companies, banks, and Trustee Associations in Hong Kong and Mainland China on topics concerning trust, family office operations, and tax planning strategies.

Seth Patel

Seth brings over 15 years of professional practice and commercial accounting experience across the UK, Australia, India, and China. A CPA Australia member, Chartered Management Accountant (UK), and Registered Tax Agent (Australia), his hands-on approach simplifies complex tax and financial intricacies for his clients across multiple industries globally. Maintaining client confidentiality is at the core of Seth’s values.


As the founder of an SMSF management firm and a successful tax consulting firm, he advises startups and businesses on tax strategies, financial structuring, and wealth management. At Valour, Seth utilises his financial acumen and international experience to identify and shape high-growth investment opportunities.

Tim Lo

Tim brings over 15 years of experience in financial services, having worked as a Program Trading Sales Trader/Institutional Sales at leading multinational investment banks such as Deutsche Bank, HSBC, BTIG, and E*TRADE Financial. He possesses expertise in ETFs, portfolio construction, crypto execution, and basket trading.


Most recently, Tim led the development of the Asia business for a Canadian crypto exchange, where he served as Asia Head of Sales on the OTC desk. His career has taken him across key financial hubs, including Hong Kong and Toronto.


Tim holds an MBA from Western University in Canada's Richard Ivey School of Business. Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis, coaching youth basketball, and pursuing his passion for photography. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
